The Political Head and Administrator of Omi-Apata LCDA, Hon. Barr. Olayemi Oluwasina, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on his recent installation as the Aare Omoluabi of Akure Kingdom.

The chieftaincy title was conferred by His Royal Majesty, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, the Deji of Akure, and the Deji-in-Council, on Friday, July 18, 2025, in a ceremony that brought together dignitaries from across the country.

Hon. Barr. Oluwasina described the recognition as well-deserved, noting that it reflects Governor Makinde’s consistent commitment to integrity, humility, and service to humanity.

In his words, “This prestigious title is a testament to the Governor’s character as a true Omoluabi — a leader who blends wisdom, strength, and compassion. I am proud to celebrate this moment with him, and I pray for greater success in his journey ahead.”
