The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed as false reports claiming it will offer automatic tickets to all National Assembly members.
In a statement released on Tuesday, APC National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka urged the public to ignore the rumors, labeling them as fake news.
He said, “We call on all Party members and the general public to disregard the report as false and originating from ill-intentioned sources.”
The statement further clarified, “The APC has been made aware of a misleading Breaking News headline titled ‘APC Grants Automatic Tickets to All National Assembly Members,’ which has been circulating widely.”
“The report is entirely false and should be ignored, as it did not come from our Party.
