Queen May Yul-Edochie, estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has issued a cease-and-desist notice to her former lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, and U.S.-based social media user, Yinka Theisen, over alleged cyberbullying, defamation, and invasion of privacy.

Through her legal team, Graylaw Partners, Queen May accused the duo of publishing harmful content on X, Instagram, and Facebook, allegedly damaging her reputation and affecting her business interests.
The letters demand that the posts be taken down immediately, with a public apology and retractions issued. Additionally, Queen May is seeking N1 billion in compensation from Ugwuonye and N500 million from Theisen.
The notice to Ugwuonye accuses him of violating professional ethics by allegedly misusing confidential information gained while serving as her lawyer. Theisen is alleged to have amplified defamatory content and incited others to share it further.
Both individuals have been given a 48-hour deadline to comply with the demands or face possible civil and criminal legal proceedings.
